Seido Karate is a traditional Japanese style of martial art founded by Kaicho Tadashi Nakamura in 1976. . . Seido Karate has a strong focus on developing & improving individuals physical & mental health & wellbeing.. . Seido Karate was first started in Te Awamutu in 1980 by Sei Shihan Michael McIvor (6th Dan Black Belt), The club has helped produce a solid list of Black Belts over the past 37 years & stays dedicated towards improving the fitness & confidence of all it's students. All past & new members are welcome to make contact about training.. . Class timetable: . . Tuesdays - 6.30 - 7.30pm (General Class). Thursdays - 6.30 - 7.30pm (General Class) 7.30 - 8pm (Black Belts)
