Deze combinatie schept evenwicht tussen coöperatief (u staat er niet alleen voor) en zelfstandig (u hebt volledige flexibiliteit). . . De beginsituatie. We bespreken met u de plannen en zo nodig maken wij met u een ondernemingsplan. Als we tot overeenstemming zijn gekomen, richt u met ons een coöperatie op. Wij verzorgen het bestuur, de boekhouding en de administratie. De stichting is op dit moment eigenaar van uw toekomstige bedrijf en u bent in loondienst bij uw eigen bedrijf. Het voordeel hiervan is dat u verzekerd bent, geen VAR-verklaring nodig hebt en door de rechtsvorm coöperatie U.A. niet privé aansprakelijk bent. Ondanks alle voordelen bent u zelf verantwoordelijk voor het vinden van klanten en het leiden van uw bedrijf. U bepaalt zelf de naam van het bedrijf, u gaat verplichtingen aan en u haalt ook de omzet binnen. Het is in feite ondernemen met (veel) minder zorgen.. . Tussensituatie. U krijgt steeds meer zelfstandigheid. Aan het begin van deze fase kunnen wij u (indien gewenst) coachen en assisteren - naarmate deze fase vordert, staat u steeds meer zelf aan het roer. Nog steeds is de stichting op papier het bestuur, maar bestuurt u uw bedrijf in de praktijk. Het bedrijf is ook nog steeds honderd procent eigendom van de stichting. De boekhouding en administratie blijven wij doen, zodat u zich kunt richten op het vinden en bedienen van klanten. Deze fase duurt tot ongeveer 24 maanden vanaf de oprichting van de coöperatie. Gedurende deze tijd leert u veel en zullen de risico’s beperkt blijven door de begeleiding van de stichting.. . Eindsituatie. Na deze 24 maanden kunt u kiezen wat u wilt. U neemt zelf het bestuur over of u laat het voorlopig nog door SCZO verzorgen. Als het bedrijf stabiel draait en een goede prognose heeft, ligt het voor de hand dat u ook formeel eigenaar wordt. SCZO draagt het eigendom over voor maximaal 99 procent. De stichting blijft dus minimaal 1 procent eigenaar van de coöperatie en krijgt eveneens minimaal 1 procent van de winst uitgekeerd.
