I started off as a fitness instructor as fitness has been part of my life since age 14, before moving into finance as a mortgage broker..

A few bad decisions and a recession left me trying to survive on negative cashflow while losing about 5 jobs and almost my house.

Taught myself digital marketing trying to turn things around and through nothing but hard work and determination, I'm now the General Manager of a digital agency and director/co-founder of an ecommerce business..

Born and bred in Leigh, UK (near Manchester), I achieved one of my dreams in 2015 and emigrated to Sydney, Australia! .

I’ve been a gym rat since the age of 14, worked as a fitness instructor and opened a supplement shop at age 19.
So yea fitness has always been a big part of my life.
My goals have always remained fairly consistent: build muscle, get ripped, get fitter, be healthy..

My body and goals change often and I’ll be sharing my goals, workouts, progress, diet strategy, mental struggle, problem muscles, supplements, what I’m reading and anything else that happens along the way..
