SCHOOL OF MARTIAL & MEDITATIVE ARTS.
The dojo (school) was established in the summer of 1984 in the garage of Dr.
Stuart Twemlow and has grown ever since.
It is now located at 1400 S.
Kansas Ave, Topeka, Kansas with Shihan Stephen Twemlow as the owner and chief instructor.
The school’s main style is Hawaiian Kempo but it also offers instruction in Okinawan Kobudo (weapons), Okinawan Kempo, knife defense, MMA training, yoga, kettlebell, Qi Gong, as well as clinics/seminars on various aspects of the martial arts.

This will not be an easy journey to obtain your black belt as it will take 5 – 7 years of hard dedicated training to earn it but along the way you will develop your body mentally and physically and become a better person.
This is not a black belt factory.
If you want to get a black belt in under 2 years this is not the school for you..
