Our Shack is a 1 bedroom, 1 & ½ bath home with full kitchen, dining room, living area with 2 full size sofa sleepers, laundry closet, basic cable TV/WiFi. The ½ bath and laundry closet are brand new and just built in September 2014. Additional community amenities include, private Atlantic Ocean beach, nearly Olympic size swimming pool and tennis courts. A private marina within the community is located on the Indian River Lagoon & is available for resident's use.. . About 2 hours from Disney World, Daytona Beach, Miami Beach.
