Hidden gem! I almost don’t want to review it to keep it in obscurity but the food is so damn good everybody needs to know! Yea we have chain Mexican restaurants up here, but since Mamacitas and Juanitas went away there hasn’t been that hole in the wall Mexican joint in Boulder that is locals only..

Don’t let the circa 1979 strip mall fool you, the food is serious and the employees are extremely nice.
The menu is extremely diverse and the ingredients fresh; there are a few things I don’t mess around with and Mexican food is one of them.
By far the BEST Mexican restaurant in town; I recommend the smothered Sancho burrito and a chicharron gorditas… mmmmmmmmmmm.
