It was the second ZAP (Zoo, Arts and Parks tax) funded recreation facility to open in Salt Lake County.. . Amenities at the Ice Center include:. 1) An Olympic sized ice surface (200' x 100'). 2) Seating for 500 spectators. 3) A large lobby area. 4) Skate rental area. 5) Food concessions area. 6) Party room. 7) Pro shop, with skate sharpening available. 8) Dressing room facilities. 9) Group classes for Hockey and Figure Skating. .
