The course is constructed on Jason Webb's family homestead, owned by Hilda K. Webb, Jason's mother. Construction began in early 2014 by Jason Webb, John McNeely, Brian McNeely, and other friends. . . Our goal is to make the current 6-hole course as nice as it can possibly be and then expand to 9 holes in the future. . . Currently SCCC is an excellent course for beginners, as well as skilled players, with short, but challenging par fours, one par five, and a par three hole. . . As improvements to the existing clubhouse are completed, SCCC will be able to offer a place for parties, class/family reunions, and other special events. . . Golf lessons are available through John McNeely, who is available at (217) 821-5418. . . Whether you are into a quick round of golf, want to play all day, or want to introduce a child/beginner to the sport of golf, SCCC offers a unique and entertaining experience.. .
