Salem Play Area for Canine Exercise (SPACE) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that serves as an advisory board to the City of Salem, MA Park, Recreation and Community Services department on behalf of members of the Salem Dog Park located at Leslie's Retreat Park in Salem, MA.
The park is funded by Pooch Pass sales, private and corporate donations, and SPACE fundraisers.
SPACE works with the city to coordinate regular park maintenance, such as waste removal, weeding, lawn mowing and repairs.
