Carla holds Teaching Certifications Pre-K through 12 in both West Virginia and California.
She also holds a bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Master's Degree in Cross-Cultural Teaching.
Carla has been a teacher in the traditional site-based public school system, in the traditional site-based Christian school and in an independent study public charter school.
