Detailed description is SAHARA EVANGELICAL MINISTRIES (SEM) was started at Chandigarh, India in 2011, with 2 ministers among nearby slums with a great passion to serve CHRIST.
As of January 2013, this passion of SEM has grown so immense that we have become 7 ministers from 2 ministers of GOD, giving more than 300,00 tracts and The New Testament to the people of GOD.
It has given 2000 fun filled yet Christ powered books under Vacation Bible Study (VBS) to small children.
It has very powerfully started 3 Churches on rent, governed with the name of SAHARA Group of Churches located at Ram Darbar, Burail Village & Kambali Village, Mohali, (PB), although we are still making efforts to plant proper Church buildings.
It has reached the people living in Chandigarh, Panchkula & Mohali, altogether known as THE TRICITY & apart from these it is also extending hands to New Delhi as well as Ambala.
SEM has been effectively working for GOD amongst Lepers, Beggars & Snake Charmers of the city, telling and showing them about the love of Christ.
