Detailed description is Full Moon Dinners at our farm and special events sourced from local Texas farms, prepared out of an old barn we converted into a commercial kitchen. We are a chef husband and FOH wife, homesteading, and cooking out of an old barn that we converted into a commercial kitchen. The husband spent a little over ten years training as chef in a number of different fine dining establishments with emphasis on French and Japanese technique, and the wife worked in the front of the house for just over eight years. We are trying to do things the old fashioned way; growing food from dirt and seed, and cooking the way our grandparents used to. . . Our hope is to share a deeper understanding and appreciation of our connection to food.
