This is a brand new 3,300 sq. ft. home, and I have already started to take some reservations and I’m anticipating the summer months to fill up quickly, so if you or someone you know might be interested, please forward my contact information on to them and I would be happy to answer any questions. . . Details:. The house has four bedrooms, three full baths and one half bath. It can sleep 12 people, with an additional 3 people on sleeper sofas, so it’s perfect for that big family or group of families. There is additional space for blowup mattresses, if needed as well (fee of $20 for each additional occupant per night above 12). It has an open floor plan with a fully functional kitchen and dining room, that has seating for 10-12 at a time. The lot does have water frontage with a three finger dock available for swimming or parking your boat for a short period of time. Nick’s Boat Dock does rent pontoons, which is an option for those without a boat, or you could head less than a mile down the road to the Axtel campground beach to enjoy a couple days of just swimming. . . Cost:. • Summer (May-September) and Holidays = $250/night. • Spring/Fall/Winter = $200/night.. • I am requiring payment up front when booking (will accept in installments), as well as a $200 damage deposit that will be refunded within two weeks of checkout. . • Two night minimum rental. • All stays less than 6 days require a $100 cleaning fee. . .
