ROCKONDA Scuola di Canoa della Val di Lima è una nuova realtà associativa e sportiva costituita da un gruppo di istruttori, formatori e educatori con esperienza decennale.. In collaborazione con altri soggetti competenti in attività out-door realizza attività per bambini, ragazzi e adulti con finalità ricreative e formative. L'organizzazione tecnica conta sulla collaborazione di istruttori qualificati e Maestri di canoa.. Organizziamo per voi, corsi per principianti di canoa fluviale, discese in rafting, corsi di avviamento alla canoa slalom e alla discesa, su uno o più giorni di attività.. Novità 2013-2014 è l'escursione in canoa nelle emozionanti gole di Cocciglia a Scesta abbinabili a discesa in corda e percorso in gommone nelle gole caratterizzate da acqua cristallina e rocce carsiche modellate nei secoli dalle acque del torrente Lima.. Proponiamo poi un programma di tre giorni di avviamento alla canoa fluviale da realizzare nel mese di ottobre con pernottamento e pasti presso il Mulino Verde in Val di Lima, corredato di attività di animazione out-door in corda e in escursione.. L’obiettivo del corso è acquisire le competenze di base nell’uso della canoa fluviale, attraverso esperienze elementari di acquaticità, con prove di salvamento e auto salvamento in acqua piatta, acquisizione delle principali manovre in acqua mossa (I e II grado) , e tanto divertimento. Il corso è rivolto a principianti e neofiti ed è adatto a ragazzi di età compresa tra gli 11 e i 18 anni.. Proponiamo inoltre un Corso avanzato di tre giorni da realizzare tra i mesi di settembre e dicembre, con pernottamento e pasti presso il Mulino Verde in Val di Lima.. L’obiettivo del corso è acquisire competenze avanzate nell’uso della canoa fluviale, elementi di acquaticità per acquisire sicurezza e consapevolezza in acqua, tecniche di salvamento e auto salvamento in acqua mossa, acquisizione delle principali manovre in fiume (entrata in corrente, entrata in morta, traghetto, aggancio), tecniche e prove di Eskimo, e tanto divertimento in sicurezza.. Il corso è rivolto a persone che hanno già competenze nella gestione della canoa in acqua piatta e hanno rudimenti di gestione del mezzo in acqua mossa ed è adatto a ragazzi e adulti di età superiore ai 18 anni.. L’acqua è la fonte di vita del nostro pianeta e del nostro organismo, l’uomo naturalmente convive con questo elemento, tra la ricerca di un’armonia interna e il bisogno di controllarlo. L’esperienza in canoa permette di vivere la forza dell’acqua imparando a conoscerla e a rispettarla, riscoprendo la propria naturale vicinanza con questo elemento madre..
