Fine foods with a British flavour. . Robertson s.r.o was established by Christopher Robertson in early 2003 in order to buy and operate an existing butcher’s shop in Prague 4. After considerable modernisation, the Nusle, Prague 4 butchers shop opened in September, 2003, and was very quickly a huge success due to its extensive range of home-produced meats and meat products, many of which were, at that time, a rarity in Prague.. . Since opening the Nusle shop in 2003, Robertson has continued to expand, opening its second shop in Dejvice, Prague 6 in October, 2004, but this time with a focus on British delicatessen products. This shop was an immediate hit, particularly amongst the expatriate community, many of whom had, until that time, been bringing their favourite products over from the UK whenever they were able to travel. . . By the middle of 2010, Robertson had expanded its shops to include a second delicatessen in Prague 2 – Vinohrady, as well as enabling customers to buy both its meat and delicatessen products on-line through its E-shop. Its second butchers shop opened in Dolní Břežany in April, 2011.. . Now one of the most established and best regarded butchers in the city, as well as the operator of two of the most successful delicatessen, Robertson is popular amongst both the local and international community for its range of meat and other products, as well as many of the leading hotels and restaurants, to whom it also supplies.. . . . . Společnost Robertson s.r.o. byla založena Christopherem Robertsonem v dubnu v roce 2003 za účelem koupě a provozu stávajícího řeznictví v Praze 4. Po výrazné modernizaci bylo řeznictví v září opět otevřeno a brzy zaznamenalo velký úspěch především díky své široké nabídce domácího masa a masných výrobků, z nichž mnohé byly v té době v Praze ještě raritou.. . Rok po znovuotevření řeznictví v Nuslích, v říjnu 2004, pokračoval Robertson ve svém růstu založením druhého obchodu v pražských Dejvicích v říjnu roku 2004. Tentokrát byl ale obchod zaměřen výhradně na britské pochoutky a výběrové produkty. Tento obchod získal okamžitou oblibu, především v komunitě expatriotů, kteří si do té doby museli své oblíbené britské produkty dovážet sami, kdykoliv měli cestu do Anglie.. . V polovině roku 2010 Robertson rozšířil své obchody o další pobočku s britskými pochoutkami na pražských Vinohradech. Zároveň byl spuštěn nově zavedený E-shop, který umožnil zákazníkům nákup jejich oblíbených produktů on-line. Své druhé řeznictví pak otevřel v dubnu roku 2011 v Dolních Břežanech.. . V současné době je společnost Robertson s.r.o. jedním z nejuznávanějších tradičních řeznictví ve městě a současně provozovatelem velmi úspěšných prodejen s pochoutkami a specialitami.
