In January 2013, Riverbottom Pottery in Harrisburg will be expanding from its current 1700 sf facility to a new 5000 sf studio located across the parking lot on Paxton St., near the Harrisburg Mall.

While the Pottery Studio will be expanding for both wheel throwing and hand building classes, expanding our space for retail sales of clays and supplies and equipment, we are excited that our gallery and studio rental spaces will be tripling in size also..
With this expansion, Riverbottom Pottery will now become Riverbottom Pottery & Artisans Center.
Our gallery and studio facility will not only house handcrafted pottery, but will also expand to include other fine art and craft items..
I have one artist looking to set up a stained glass and glass fused studio for production and class instruction.
Riverbottom is now looking for additional artists who might be interested in leasing studio space for their individual needs or space for holding classes to teach other aspiring artists their craft..
