Jimmy Tamburrini, Chef, and Harrison Township resident since 1987, along with Cousin Anthony Palleschi, owner of Villa restaurant in Eastpointe, have been working together for 25 years.

They acquired the location for River Rat Restaurant and Bar, the former site of Shannon's Steak House, in 2007, following the sale of their previous establishment, Bravo! Italian Restaurant in Roseville.
