Detailed description is Dal 1914, immerso nel verde, da più di 3 generazioni offre una vasta scelta tra i tanti prodotti tipici lucani..

Per prenotazioni 0976/3464 Seduto all'ombra del pergolato delle tre stradine Muro-Laviano,San Fele-Pugliese e la Bellese posava zi'Diminighi Cerone, lesto e cortese.
padrone della Taverna Pugliese!.
"Aut" e con i baffoni all'Umberto riuniva al pergolato i suoi amici in lieto concerto..
Più che la parola,era il vinello consolatore: per Ciccio La Pessima, Zi Tonn'd'Acidde, u fundanare, Peppe Cardone e Donato Murano tutti da Bella tanto vicino, pure la guardia comunale Pulcino!.
"Na Veppte de vino, a tutte le ore e con bon'aria" ripeteva zi Diminighi "saltanzzicch" e solitario:.
"U vine da Taverna guarisce la malaria! Megghje tant'amici ca cinde duquete"; .
Li vedeva ogni vespre con simpatia é pe chisse ne faceva 'na malattìa..
Diceva: "Chisse me li tegne chére com'a na rose menz'a tanda spine, com'à lu mijrre vecchie de càndine!".
La Taverna non era una cantina ma un belvedere con aria fina!.
Chidde erano timpe senza pinzire ma li ricordo come se foss'ajere!.
Pi chidde amici bellesi u pergolato divenne ristoro per tutte le ore: vino, pane di campagna e uova d'oro; Non mancavano il pecorino, il sale, il pomodoro, sigari e tabacchi per i fumatori..

Fu negli anni Ottanta come tanti e tante:.
la Taverna Pugliese divenne Ristorante .
in agro Murese a tre passi da Bella .
e così ebbe inizio la nota storiella..
Ma...
lassame sta li carte.
fascime nu discurse a parte..
Tutti i Cerone in perfetta sintonia.
gestiscono la più conosciuta trattoria,.
con prodotti nostrani e di campise.
dove si mangia con pochi "terrise"..
La cucina è campagnola fatta da tutta la famigliola: la mamma Nunziata, la nuora Pierina e le figlie Lucia e Maria.
c'è pure il barista Malanga cognato.
e Dina Remollino del vicinato..
"U Metre" capo sala è Cerone Tonino,.
gentile, svelto, ed è sempre assai contento..
Egli tutti gli avventori accontenta,.
con il menù e la lista nella mente.
porta subito in tavola: la bruschetta con olio, origano e pomodoro.
e l'antipasto all'Italiana con prosciutto, "saucicchia", mozzarelle e soppressate nostrane.
e poi passa ai piatti tipici paesani:.
Fusilli e orecchiette fatti in casa.
con il sugo e il pecorino.
"strascenate" con mollica fritta e peperonicini forti, pennette alla boscaiola e pancetta, "Cavatil cu' rafane" a tiemp'd stagione, scarole in brodo di carne alla Santé di fine odore, .
e na "brasciola" di casa con tanto sapore!.
Capretto e agnello alla brace e alla tiedde;.
fegatini di maiale: "U sfricitidde",.
costate e fettine di vitello al bosco del faggio.
polpette di pane e uova al sugo e..
coraggio!.
Pollo ruspante della taverna.
al forno e alla cacciatora,.
ma pure al sugo con tanto sapore,.
"Fruscitill" con pezzettini di maiale.
e peperoncino all'aceto di antica usanza;.
