Detailed description is Chartered by twelve distinguished scholars on March 31, 1948 at Tougaloo College, PE is the first undergraduate chapter in the state of Mississippi.
The Rho Epsilon Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity has been a stalwart supporter of the ambition of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift, that was eloquently comprised by the Fraternity's four Honorable Founders on November 17, 1911 on the campus of Howard University.
For more than six decades the men of the Rho Epsilon chapter have embodied the Fraternity's motto that "Friendship is Essential to The Soul." The men of the Rho Epsilon chapter understand that the notion of friendship is not limited to the brothers of Omega.
Instead true Friendship is a vast notion that is applied to the entire community.
