Detailed description is Das Restaurant im Zentralgasthof Weinböhla - sächsisch traditionelle, frische und leckere Spezialitäten in einem verführerischen Ambiente. Geschichte des Zentralgasthofes Weinböhla. Die Geschichte dieses Gasthofes geht weit in die Vergangenheit zurück. Den Zentralgasthof in seiner heutigen Form gibt es mittlerweile weit über 100 Jahre. 1899 bis 1900 wurde von der Firma Otto und Schlosser aus Meißen auf dem Platz hinter dem alten Pfleilschen Gasthof der Zentralgasthof errichtet. Das alte Gasthaus wurde danach abgetragen.. Der Zentralgasthof ist von der Gebäudestruktur der Neorenaissance zuzuordnen. Die Fassade wurde vom Architekten im Jugendstil gestaltet.. Das Schankrecht für diesen Ort besteht seit dem 16. Jahrhundert. Hier wurde auch Bier in einem Nebengebäude gebraut. Für sauberes Wasser legte man eine extra Röhrfahrt aus dem Pfarrwald an.. Nachdem der Pfeilsche Gasthof 1875 einen massiven Saalanbau erhielt, wurde die Brauerei in den Wirtschaftshof der Gemeinde verlegt.. 1876 erwirbt Carl Gottfried Förster den alten Gasthof und veranlasst später auch den Neubau des Zentralgasthofes, den er nur für kurze Zeit betreibt.. Nach mehrfachem Besitzerwechsel verfiel ab den 70er Jahren des 20. Jahrhundert der Zentralgasthof immer mehr und wurde Ende 1982 geschlossen. Nur die, im Volksmund liebevoll genannte Kutscherstube blieb noch bis Februar 1987 geöffnet. 1996 kaufte die Gemeinde Weinböhla das Grundstück und beginnt mit einer umfassenden Sanierung. Im März 1999 erfolgt die feierliche Einweihung und Wiedereröffnung als Veranstaltungsstätte.. Zum Jahresende 2006 werden auch die gastronomischen Einrichtungen wieder in Betrieb genommen.. Bis heute hat sich der Zentralgasthof zu einem, auch überregional beliebten, Veranstaltungsort entwickelt. Mit der Eröffnung der Gastronomie im November 2006 ging für viele Weinböhlaer Bürger ein lang gehegter Wunsch in Erfüllung.. Nach mehreren Pächterwechseln möchten wir, das Team und Matthias Huth, unseren Beitrag mit einer sächsisch frischen Landküche, regionalen Bieren und Weinen unserer Region leisten.. Wir begrüßen die Weinböhlaer und deren Gäste aus Nah und Fern.
