I have had profound changes occur in my own life journey with Craniosacral Therapy. In 2001 I was in a road traffic accident gratefully I didn't sustain serious injuries but did have chronic pain from soft tissue injuries that were still plaguing me 2 years later. CranioSacral Therapy gave me instant relief and as I committed to wellbeing childhood trauma I had endured also began to dealt with in a very safe, heard and seen environment. Later as I became pregnant I used CST during my pregnancy to assist in wellbeing and assist my body and the baby prepare for the birth. When I became a mother I was so grateful that CST was already part of my life as my infant had issues from induced labour and feeding issues including colic and reflux. I also developed PND after the birth and again I found CST a huge support. Throughout the years of using CST I have found a deeper and deeper sense of empowerment develop in my life. It has helped me to become more self resourceful and self regulating which is such an essential tool in our ever increasing stress-inducing life.. .
