For the past few years I have been running Asian Market in Provo, Utah, but recently decided to move on to a new challenge.
With the help of my daughter-in-law, Potjana, we opened a Thai restaurant..

We were both born and raised in Thailand.
I have written two Thai cook books, "My Mom's Homemade Thai Recipe Book" and "My Mom's Homemade Quick & Tasty Thai Recipes".
Potjana grew up in a family where her mother and aunt always cooked all kinds of delicious Thai foods.
She had to remind herself to stop eating and start learning from them.
