Our staff provides a safe and challenging learning experience, with limited class sizes to provide individual attention to each dance student.

Mary Negron - Artistic Director .
.
Mary DeLano Negron is the Artistic Director and Founder of Reach for the Stars Dance Studio.
Miss Mary started her ballet training at a very young age.
At 16 years old she auditioned and was selected to dance as a principal dancer and soloist with the Windmere Ballet Theatre and Fedicheva Ballet Company in New York.

After pursuing her professional dance career, she moved to Pennsylvania and opened Reach for the Stars Dance Studio.
In the past 15 years, the studio has flourished and enriched the lives of many and continues to be well respected throughout the Pocono region.
Miss Mary's dedication and reputation awarded the dance studio “The Best Children's Dance Studio in the Pocono's” in 2012.

Her active community involvement and her passion for the arts has inspired many students to continue to pursue careers in musical theatre and dance.
Miss Mary strongly believes that it is beneficial to develop the appreciation for dance within the community.
In lieu of the growth of the dance studio and the support of our dance families, Reach for the Stars Dance Studio is ready to embark in a new endeavor, The Monroe Ballet Theatre.

Nicole Field Susko - Instructor .

Nicole has studied dance for over 25 years, with a focus in modern and tap dance.
Nicole is also a certified 200-hr yoga instructor from Always-At-Aum Yoga School in Scranton.
Nicole has performed and choreographed for the East Stroudsburg University Dance Company where she studied Martha Graham, Jose Limón, and Paul Taylor technique.
Nicole performed with Symmetry Dance Company, a modern dance company based in Scranton, PA.
She taught in the Pocono Mountain School District as a Physics teacher for 9 years and has choreographed for Pocono Mountain West H.S.
musical “Thoroughly Modern Millie”.

Brooke has danced for over 28 years and has taken classes with many leading dance professionals.
She has taken master classes in Philly Hoofin' with Robert Burden Jr.
and a hip-hop master class with Robert Taylor Jr.
from SYTYCD.
Ms Brooke also attends yearly classes with Tap Ties based in Allentown.
Ms Brooke is a licensed massage therapist and reiki master.
She has been the massage therapist on staff and has taught at Reach for the Stars since 2009..

Miss Victoria has worked at Reach for the Stars since 2011 and is an alumni of our dance studio.
Miss Victoria specializes in our Preschool Dance Program and is fully knowledgeable in child care and dance education.
Miss Victoria has over 18 years of dance experience and has a strong background in musical theatre.
She has performed locally in our community as well as studied out of state.
She has taken part in professional dance workshops and continues to participate in dance intensives/classes.
In doing so, it has given her a strong foundation in many genres of dance and experience in a vast array of many dance styles.
Miss Victoria is CPR/AED certified, first aid certified and has her FBI Child Clearances to ensure the safety of your young dancer.
Currently, Miss Victoria is a Nursing Major at Northampton Community College where she plans to become a pediatric nurse.

Danielle is a Reach for the Stars graduate where she studied ballet, tap, jazz, modern, and lyrical for 13 years.
She has been in many productions, including the anual ESU Red Cross Telethon, Dance for a Cure, and several community performances.
She is well rounded in many dance forms, taking master classes in Philly Hoofin' with Robert Burden Jr.
and hip-hop master class with Robert Taylor Jr.
from SYTYCD.
Danielle is currently studying exercise science with a minor in dance at East Stroudsburg University.
She plans on continuing her dance career with auditioning for the ESU Dance Company in the spring..

Adriana Negron is a senior student at Reach for the Stars dance studio.
She has trained at Reach for the Stars for 15 years and has an extensive dance background.
Adriana currently attends Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts as a dance major where she studies courses in dance composition and improvisation.
She is currently the resident choreographer for the musical theatre productions within the Pocono Mtn.
School District since 2010.
She has studied Graham, Horton, and Humphrey styles of modern technique.
She has taken master classes and workshops with the following: Paul Taylor Dance Company, Michio Ito Dance Company, and Trinette Singleton of Joffrey Ballet.
Adriana also has a substantial background in musical theatre and has won many awards throughout Monroe County in vocal composition.

She is currently a teaching artist at Darlington Arts Center in Garnet Valley, PA.

Lisa earned a BFA in Dance Education from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA.
