Die RAT PACK FILMPRODUKTION GmbH (München) ist ein Filmproduktionsunternehmen, das sowohl die Bereiche Kinofilm als auch TV-Movies und internationale Event-Produktionen bedient.. . Der Gründungsgesellschafter und Geschäftsführer Christian Becker verfügt bereits seit seinen Studium an der Münchner Hochschule für Fernsehen und Film (HFF) über beste Kontakte zu jungen Regie- und Drehbuchtalenten. In seiner Eigenschaft als ehemaliger Gesellschafter/ Geschäftsführer der INDIGO FILMPRODUKTION GmbH und der BECKER & HÄBERLE FILMPRODUKTION GmbH hat er diese Kontaktfelder über die letzten sieben Jahre ausgebaut und eine hochmotivierte Truppe kreativer Kräfte zusammengestellt.. Unter F.A.M.E. FILM & MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT AG führten Christian Becker und Thomas Häberle ihre Firmen mit Curt Cress (Artforce Musikverlage) sowie Michael Bischoff (mb Medienvertriebs GmbH) zusammen und brachten diese AG im August 2000 an den Neuen Markt Frankfurt. Anschließend wurde von Becker und dem alten INDIGO-Team im Winter 2001 zusammen mit der CONSTANTIN FILM die WESTSIDE FILMPRODUKTION GmbH sowie die RAT PACK FILMPRODUKTION GmbH gegründet.. . Die kaufmännische Leitung hat die Geschäftsführerin Kristina Strohm übernommen. Sie greift nach verschiedenen kaufmännischen Studien (u.a. an der HFF München) zurück auf eine jahrelange Erfahrung in der Branche bei Firmen wie rmc oder Wiedemann & Berg Filmproduktion, in denen sie bereits im kaufmännischen Bereich und Controlling tätig war.. . Als weiterer Geschäftsführer wurde Gero Worstbrock eingesetzt, der bereits seit Jahren als Prokurist sowie Justiziar der Constantin Film AG tätig war und nun neben dieser Tätigkeit das neue Unternehmen mit seinem langjährigen Know-how im Bereich der nationalen und internationalen Filmfinanzierung unterstützt.. . Das Team der RAT PACK produzierte unter der Indigo Filmproduktion und der Becker & Häberle Filmproduktion in den letzten Jahren 14 Kino- und TV-Spielfilme wie u.a. „Bang Boom Bang“, „Südsee, Eigene Insel“ „Kanak Attack“, „Ratten“, „Was nicht passt...“, „7 Days To Live“ oder „Das Phantom“, die unter anderem mit Preisen wie dem VFF Produzenten Preis des Bayerischen Filmpreises, dem renommierten Grimme-Preis, dem Cinema-Jupiter und dem 3.Sat Zuschauer-Preis mehrfach ausgezeichnet wurden. . . Ebenfalls preisgekrönt - mit dem Deutschen Filmpreis 2008 - und in der Auswahl des Sundance Filmfestivals: Die RAT PACK Produktion „Die Welle“ (nach dem Roman von Morton Rhue) von Regisseur Dennis Gansel, die bereits 2008 mehr als 2,6 Millionen Zuschauer in den Kinos erreichte.. Im folgenden Jahr 2009 liefen – mit knapp 5 Millionen Besuchern - Michael Bully Herbigs Box Office-Hit „Wickie und die starken Männer“ und Christian Ditters „Vorstadtkrokodile“, die lang erwartete Kino-Verfilmung des Romans von Max von der Grün, die 2010 mit dem Deutschen Filmpreis ausgezeichnet wurde, sowie Sebastian Niemanns „Mord ist mein Geschäft, Liebling“ im Kino. . . Als Highlights 2010 sind die Produktionen „Jerry Cotton“ von Cyrill Boss & Philipp Stennert, „Vorstadtkrokodile 2“ von Christian Ditter und Dennis Gansels „Wir sind die Nacht“ in den Kinos gestartet.
