The purpose of the Animal Control program is to control the spread of diseases such as rabies.
Stray and unwanted animals are picked up and brought to the Animal Shelter.
Also, the animal shelter accepts walk-in owner surrender of unwanted animals for adoption.
Usually, there are many cats and dogs to choose from.
The shelter hours are 9:00 a.m.
to 4:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday and is located at 1370 County Land Road, Randleman (county landfill)..
