3. HORSES MUST BE UNTACKED, UNBLANKETED, NO BOOTS, FLY MASKS ETC.

WEATHER PERMITTING; THE FARRIER WILL NORMALLY CHOOSE TO WORK OUTSIDE.
HOWEVER, IN THE EVENT OF RAIN, SNOW, HAIL, THUNDER/LIGHTNING STORM, A MINIMUM OF 3 WALLS AND A ROOF ARE NECESSARY.
IF IT IS DARK, AN ADEQUATE LIGHT SOURCE MUST BE PRESENT.
