Detailed description is O Quitutes da Roana é uma experiencia gastronômica pela Américas! Vem com a gente conhecer os alimentos e as bebidas mais diferentes de cada lugar. A paixão pela gastronomia começou a alguns anos, em 2010 iniciei meus estudos no Tecnólogo em Gastronomia na Faculdade Metropolitana de Blumenau – FAMEBLU / Uniasselvi. Final de 2011 fiz um intercâmbio de 4 meses no USA, interrompi meus estudos por um semestre, no inicio de 2013 conclui o curso. Atualmente estou cursando uma Pós em Gestão de Empresas de Alimentos na Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina – UNISUL. . . Desde 2010 venho trabalhando na área e aprimorando meus conhecimentos. Já tive oportunidade de trabalhar em padarias, restaurantes, botecos, prestar consultórias e realizar diversos eventos. Hoje atuo como Professora dos cursos de Confeitaria, Salgadeiro, e Workshops na Faculdade Senac de Blumenau. . . A ideia do Quitutes da Roana surgiu em 2011, com intuito de fazer algumas encomendas para arrecadar dinheiro para o intercâmbio ao USA. Como todo cozinheiro, os horários de trabalho de Domingo a Domingo impediam de realizar muitos eventos. Cada ano que passa buscamos aprimorar nosso trabalho, visando atender todos os nossos clientes com muito sabor, perfeição e qualidade. Estamos investindo cada vez mais nessa ideia e agradeço a todos os clientes pela confiança.. .
