Detailed description is Thrive Week is a week-long event happening at Queen's University on November 2nd to November 6th. It is to promote positive mental health on campus! Thrive Week is a week-long event focused on promoting positive mental health in the Queen's University community. It was originally founded at The University of British Columbia in 2009 and has begun to grow over the last few years. . During Thrive Week, 60+ events are scheduled around campus targeting Queen's University students and staff. These include workshops, live guest speakers, organized games, organized activities etc. The events are all focused around the 6 pillars of mental health; Stress, sleep, nutrition, physical activity, stigma and other. Thrive Week aims to bring awareness about the importance of these 6 pillars, and provide the tools on how to incorporate them into our lives to have a more positive mental health.. .
