was started in 1999 by Nick Purler.
It has since grown into the largest wrestling school in the nation.
Instructional DVDs - In 2005 we broke the sport of wrestling down into 4 levels, as a way to simplify the sport, just as Gymnastics and Karate have done.
Learn each DVD series (level) and be ready for Division l wrestling.
