Established in 1959, CUPA is among the oldest colleges of its kind in the country. Our academic programs prepare students to be effective leaders, collaborators, and problem-solvers.. . CUPA houses two schools, the Mark O. Hatfield School of Government and the Nohad A. Toulan School of Urban Studies and Planning, and six academic units: Criminology & Criminal Justice, Economics, International & Global Studies, Political Science, Public Administration, and Urban Studies & Planning. . .
