Our branch of the Orange Order, began in the mid 1870s when men from our area were introduced to the Order while visiting the St. John's area. They were initiated to the Order and decided to start their own Lodge at Middle Bight, where they build their own building which opened it's doors on March 11,1876 with Bro. Charly Haines as its first Master. This year we will celebrate 140 years of community involvement
