Detailed description is The Preston Fest Music and Arts Festival is held in Frostburg, MD every June. Preston Fest partners with local vendors, restaurants, brewers, non profits, and artists to create an event that is uniquely Frostburg. All monies raise are used in the construction of an outdoor amphitheater and honor wall at the Parris Glendening Recreation Complex in Frostburg. After completion of the amphitheater and honor wall, a perpetual fund will be established to offer grant support to individuals with special needs.. . The Festival offers. . Food Tents. Tasty jams aren’t the only thing being served at Preston Fest this year. At our Food Tents, you’ll find some of the best from around the Appalachians.
