Take your workouts out of the gym and to the water & beach! Join Stand Up Paddleboard Colorado in our Power Paddle Fitness classes at Nottingham Lake.
This unique 80-minute boot camp-style workout class is a fun and challenging outdoor program with expert fitness and SUP trainer, Johnny Mac!.

Just $30/person (maximum 8 people per class).
This program is a multi-level cross-training program that will develop your core, overall strength, agility and endurance.
Classes start with 40 minutes of on-water drills and skills that will challenge your core and teach proper SUP techniques.
Then, it’s land time with another full-body 40-minute segment focused on weighted and paddle-specific exercises and functional training using kettlebells, TRX suspension trainer and elastic bands..

Classes include all the gear and equipment: HALA board, paddle & leash, P.F.D.
