There are three rentable spaces in the Duplex: the upper apartment, the main floor portion of the main apartment, and a bedroom with separate exterior entrance off the stone patio. Our hope is to attract friendly folks in the market for a furnished, fun, and functional monthly rental. With its central location and abundant outdoor living space it has served as an extended family meeting place for out of town guests gathering for weddings and graduations. We love to provide a place where lasting memories are made. Whether you’re here on business or pleasure, we have a variety of options in our two spaces, and are happy to accommodate your needs. . . From the street level, a set of stairs will take you back to our cheery house in the bustling Belmont/Hawthorne district of Portland.
