House Description: . 3 bedroom:. - 1 queen. - 2 full. - bunk bed (twin over full), with 'trundle' mattress underneath . - also raised air mattress if needed. 2 full baths/ 2 half baths. 1 living. 1 game room: pool/ ping pong table, & game table. washer/ dryer. fully stocked kitchen. hot water outdoor shower. all towels/ linens ready for use. fully fenced front yard and back yard. grill . sand toys, beach chairs, wagon to haul gear. . .5 to .7 miles from beach depending on the route (we typically walk it unless we are gearing up for a full beach day). . blocks away from many restaurants and shops. . Also in Port A: skatepark, lovely nature trail, public pool ($2 entry), great playground/ park and pier by ferry where you can watch the boats go by, fishing off of pier, surfing classes throughout summer on beach closest to our house. . Favorite restaurants: . - Port A Pizzeria: walk down the street, game room for kids, easy buffet. - Beach and Station Street: great seafood, Dave's favorite. - San Juans: great cheap Mexican food. - Shells: down the street, great Italian & seafood, very cozy. - Venetian Hotplate: for the yummy night out- really amazing food (don't be deceived by the exterior :)). - Trout Street: good enough food, nice patio on water. - Virginias: great fried food, po boys etc, Port A staple.
