The Port Augusta Amateur Boxing Club [PAABC] has been around since the thirties.
Port Augusta has always produced good boxers in both amateur and professional ranks.
While the club has come and gone over this time it is currently enjoying 26 years of continual operation, the longest in its history.

We have three fully qualified coaches who continually update coaching skills in Adelaide through Boxing SA [a nationally recognised body in South Australia] so that we can maintain the highest skill levels to our competitors.
We have two fully qualified personal trainers, Child Protection Officers, first aid officers and an energetic and very capable committee who all volunteer their time..
