They are passive solar and built in 2016 with the most up-to-date materials in building efficiency to reduce energy bills and consumption.
The small building envelope allows a minimalist a clutter-free environment.
The neighborhood is a genuine Poncha Springs town, small and quaint and in close proximity to the outdoors where recreation abounds.
The cabins are nestled in the cottonwood trees surrounded by nature.
