The PolyTransfer Summer Program is an intensive, multiple day program for incoming transfer students where workshops and academic lectures are provided to help transfer students make a seamless transition and continue a journey of success at CPP..

PolyTransfer hosts quarterly academic workshops to help transfer students in various areas such as: applying to graduate school, avoiding transfer shock, preparting for the Graduation Writing Test (GWT), and much more.
In addition to the workshops, PolyTransfer hosts quarterly mixers for students to help establish an ongoing community of transfer students here at CPP..

PolyTransfer Ambassadors serve as peer mentors to current CPP transfer students throughout the entire year.
