We do event catering, pop ups, markets and compete in BBQ competitions.
Pitsperfect@hotmail.com What started as a need to find a reason to sit on our back verandah drinking beer all weekend, turned into some serious BBQ-ing!.

Pit's Perfect is comprised of Linda, Sam and Rachael.
Linda and Sam have lived in Winmalee in the Blue Mountains since 2009 and love nothing more than relaxing on the back verandah (or front yard, or back yard, or top verandah or any other area where a weber sits) with a beer in hand, and the smell of smoke coming from the BBQ.
During comps, Linda runs the pits, whilst Sam has become a fantastic parsley bitch (amongst many other BBQ talents).

Our third member, Rachael use to work with Sam and is a fantastic cook, who has a great imagination and can mix and match flavours effortlessly.

Pit's Perfect recently competed in their first competition at the Smokin' in the Valley challenge at Wingham, where we came away with a win in pork ribs, 7th in grain fed brisket and 15th overall.
This success has increased our passion for BBQ competition and we are looking forward to our next competitions!.
