Detailed description is I'm a young and creative chef brought up in Queenstown. I've formed a personal chef business to deliver a unique kiwi experience with a no worries attitude How it all started….. In 2008 I made a life altering decision and swapped my scarf and textbooks at Otago University for a white jacket and enrolled at The Culinary Institute of New Zealand in Kerikeri. So began a most delicious and exciting journey. Though not very long, my career to date certainly doesn’t lack variety and I have had the good fortune to work for one or two of the great New Zealand and Australian chefs of our time. My kind of cooking is unpretentious and locally-sourced we have a natural pantry on our door step that is arguably the best in the world and I intend to have a go at tasting all of it.. . .
