Ans: Pie Tshibanda est né à Kolwezi le 12/11/1951. Ancien élève des pères scheutistes au Kasaï, il a décroché une licence en psychologie à l’université de Kisangani au Congo en 1977. De 1977 à 1987, Il a travaillé comme professeur des humanités, conseiller d’orientation scolaire et directeur des études dans divers établissements du Katanga en RD Congo. Entre 1987 et 1995, il est psychologue d’entreprise à la GECAMINES/Lubumbashi. En 1995, il est accepté en Belgique comme réfugié politique, il reprend inscription à l’université et décroche une licence en sciences de famille et sexualité à Louvain La Neuve en 1999. Entre 2000 et 2002, il a contribué à la création d’une école des devoirs itinérante à Court Saint Etienne « le court Pouce ». Aujourd’hui, psychologue, écrivain et artiste, il reste à l’écoute des parents et des élèves de l’école dont il fut le coordinateur. Il se produit dans les théâtres avec un spectacle one man show intitulé, comme son livre, « un fou noir au pays des blancs ».
