Detailed description is A lovely beach stay for families and couples, right in central Cowes.
Less than a 5 min walk to the beach and all the shops and cafes of Thompson st.
A clean and modern beach stay for the whole family! This lovely refurbished holiday unit is fully self contained, it is within a complex of privately owned holiday units.
Set within this complex is a solar heated swimming pool, BBQ area and a fabulous childrens playground.
Located within central Cowes, this property is only a 5 min walk to the beautiful north facing beach and all the shops and cafes and restaurants of the main st.
Across a very quiet road is the football oval and recreation centre.
The skate park, tennis courts, basketball and Netball courts are here.
Our unit has two bed rooms.
The main bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the second bedroom has a single bed and a bunk, sleeping a a max of 5 people.
A porta cot and high chair is available for families with young children.
The bathroom (shower only) and laundry are separate.
The kitchen is fully equipped for long stays with a fridge, microwave, oven and all utensils for cooking and eating.
The lounge has a 32 inch LCD with a DVD player and a playstation 2 with games and dvds provided and are suited to the whole family.
The unit is equipped with a split system for all your heating and cooling needs, iron/ironing board, washing machine and outside clothes line.
Doonas and pillows are provided.
BYO all linen (top and bottom sheets, pillow cases, towels, bathmat, and tea towels), except for Moto GP and Superbike weekends, where it will be provided.
Linen can be hired for long stays.
