Licenciado en Ciencias de la Actividad Física y el Deporte, por la Universidad Ramón Llull (Blanquerna), he realizado cursos de entrenamiento personal en ANEF y cursado el máster de Alto Rendimiento en Deportes Colectivos y el ERA advanced(entrenamiento con resistencias avanzadas).. . Desde hace 6 años soy entrenador personal en Barcelona, una profesión que adoro y cuyo trabajo recibe el beneplácito de los clientes a los que día a día entreno. Un ejercicio constante que ha permitido superar a muchos de ellos lesiones de rodilla, dolores de espalda; así como adelgazar o ganar masa muscular.Y lo que es más importante: sentirse mejor consigo mismos a través de un hábito de vida saludable como es el ejercicio diario.
