While we are a competitive College - each section is involved in between 3 - 6 competitions during the year - our focus is on providing quality calisthenics tuition in a fun, safe environment where young people can establish life long friendships while learning an amazing range of skills. . . We have a strong focus on developing teams where individuals learn to work together to perform some amazing items; participants see/learn how items are choreographed and taught; they develop their confidence through their stage performances and get exposure to the workings of stage production and theatre.. .
