Detailed description is The purpose of the PTO is to encourage the cooperation of home and school in supporting the educational, social and physical welfare of Pennell Students Pennell Elementary School PTL is a very active and successful non profit, volunteer organization comprised of Pennell parents, teachers and principal.
Our goal is to enhance the students educational, social, physical and cultural experience.
