It began when my husband was traveling far and wide for work and our family was not spending enough time together.
We would often travel with him but it was getting tiring and expensive..
I kept praying for a way to change our lives...
to build something that could keep us together, something we would enjoy and something the children could be involved with..

One morning I woke up thinking "PRETZELS".
I don't know why...
but I felt inspired and began baking.
I baked for six months straight.
Pretzel after pretzel, trial after trial, I finally felt I made the perfect pretzel.
I wanted something not as greasy as some places at the mall and something not as dry as a street corner vendor in NYC.

I yelled to my husband as he walked through the door, "I did it! I did it! Taste this!" He loved it.
and then I yelled "GO! GO! Sell it to the theme parks!" and that is exactly what he did.

And they loved it! We started off at MOSI (Museum of Science and Industry) and then Busch Gardens for festivals! We then continued on with our Wholesale and sold to hospitals and amusement arenas in the area.

We then had many requests for a local shop that people could come to.
We thought that was a great idea..
Now....the day before we opened our location in New Port Richey, I woke up with "I am going to stuff the pretzels too!!!" I ran out and got all sorts of cheeses and ingredients and starting creating! They were amazing - Spinach and Feta, Pepperjack cheese, Pepperoni and Mozzarella, Chicken Bacon Ranch and Cheese...
and we just kept adding on from there!!!.

It seems we created what is now one of the biggest pretzel crazes in the Tampa Bay area!.

And now we are all together as a family, working and creating and sharing with our community..

Hubby says he wonders what idea I will wake up with next :) Since then we have been baking non stop! Using only the freshest and high quality ingredients.
