Detailed description is Come learn firearm safety, how to shoot and have fun *WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?.
Youth (age 9-18) who want to have fun and are enrolled in 4-H (we'll have information to enroll at the range).
*WHAT DO SHOOTERS NEED?.
No equipment needed! Bring your enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and an adult.
Shooters may bring their own firearms, safety equipment, and factory ammunition, no reloads..
*RANGE PROCEDURES*.
-All firearms must come in a case! .
-Follow all commands of the Range Safty Officer.
-Only coaches can handle ammunition .
-all firearms must have an empty chamber indicator when not being fired .
-Keep firearms pointed in a safe direction, with open actions, untill informed otherwise .
- Coaches will load only one round at a time.
-This is a 4-H club activity and we begin every meeting with the pedges to America and the 4-H.
