We are the Cooper Family from Virginia Beach, and we love our home on the Outer Banks.
We selected the land because of the magical views of both the sunrises and sunsets – uninterrupted --- no other homes behind us or in front of us! .

We had the home built to our specifications and loved picking out all the furnishings and décor.
We have stocked our home with lots of extras to make entertaining your families and friends easier.

We are very hands-on owners and take great pride in our home.
You can see us often on the weekends (on turnover day) washing windows, touching up paint, etc., in order to give you, our guests, the best possible vacation experience we can provide.

Custom cabinets in the kitchen, two ovens, granite countertops, many serving pieces and all types of cookwear.
We have a high chair, a wooden restaurant type high chair, and a toddler booster chair..

Beautiful views on the 3rd floor that cannot be beat.
There are only three streets on the whole Northern Outer Banks that have uninterrupted views of both the ocean and the sound.
We designed our upstairs to give the utmost in privacy and the only windows are large view windows of the ocean and the sound.
No view of other people's homes.
Very private..

Because we are on such a private strip of land, the beach is like a private beach.
There is no public access, so the only guests are those on each side of you and not 20 homes behind you.
This is a huge bonus! .

On this level, the TV is a smart TV, so bring your technology and passwords so you can watch all your favorite shows..

The mid level consists of three king-size master suites.
All technology has been upgraded.
There is also a library sitting area with access to the back deck.
Both oceanfront masters also have access to the back deck..

Downstairs we have a queen bedroom, a bedroom that has two full beds, and a bunk room with two sets of bunks that have a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top.

As you go out the sliding glass door to the pool, there is an outdoor bar area with four high chairs to observe children playing in the pool while you stay in the shade.
