Finalidad:.
a) Difundir los valores culturales de la República del Perú y de la República Popular China entre los miembros de la colectividad peruano-china y de la comunidad en general;.
b) Fomentar la cooperación pública y privada, nacional e internacional para el desarrollo de las actividades que se programen en el “Centro de la Amistad Peruano-China”, y que contribuyan a reforzar los vínculos de amistad y cooperación entre los pueblos peruano y chino;.
c) Mantener relaciones de intercambio mutuo con otras instituciones culturales, sociales y científicas, nacionales y extranjeras; y.
d) Otras que tengan vinculación directa con los fines anteriormente señalados.

Objetivos de la Asociación:.
a) Administrar y reglamentar el uso del “Centro de la Amistad Peruano China”, construido en el marco del convenio de cooperación económica y técnica del 30 de marzo de 2007, suscrito entre el Gobierno de la República Popular China y el Gobierno de la República del Perú (en adelante el “Centro”);.
b) Programar actividades en el Centro, las cuales deberán estar orientadas a promover, fortalecer y difundir los vínculos de fraternidad y amistad entre los miembros de la comunidad peruano y china, así como los valores culturales de la República del Perú y de la República Popular China, entre los miembros de la colectividad peruano-china y de la comunidad en general; y.
c) Realizar actividades de promoción orientadas a captar y proveer recursos para el desarrollo de los fines de la Asociación..
