Hector Barrenetxe (en la foto de la derecha lo podéis ver en el obrador de sus antepasados en Zugarramurdi), cumplió 50 años como pastelero en 2009. Comenzó con su padre en Eibar, donde fundaron la Pastelería Antxon.. Hector y Rosa Guisasola, su mujer, fundaron en 1985 junto a otros socios la pastelería y panadería Labeak, situada en el número 7 de la calle Legazpi.. Hector y Rosa abrieron la primera pastelería Barrenetxe en 1993, en el número 9 de la Plaza Gipuzkoa, donde nos siguen deleitando con sus delicias.. Establecimientos Barrenetxe. . En Barrenetxe contamos con 8 tiendas repartidas en Donostia/San Sebastián y Lasarte-Oria. La tienda principal está ubicada en la Plaza Gipuzkoa, justo enfrente del Palacio de la Diputación Foral..
